Visionnaire Management provides premium digital branding, website development, content systems and related digital services. The scope, complexity and pricing of any project are agreed individually and may vary based on requirements.

Any indicated delivery time, milestone or completion window is an estimate only and not a binding guarantee. Timelines depend on project scope, client responsiveness, supplied materials and third-party dependencies.

Clients are responsible for the accuracy, legality and ownership of any materials, content, brand assets or information they provide. The client warrants that all submitted content does not infringe third-party rights.

Visionnaire Management reserves the right to refuse, decline or terminate any project, inquiry or partnership at its sole discretion, including without limitation where the requested work conflicts with our values, legal obligations or operational capacity.

Payment terms, invoicing schedule and currency are agreed individually per project and confirmed in writing. Unless otherwise agreed, work begins after initial payment is received.

Projects may rely on third-party platforms, APIs, hosting providers or services. Visionnaire Management does not guarantee the availability, performance, pricing or continuity of any third-party service and is not liable for outages or changes outside our control.

All concepts, designs, source code, written content, brand systems and underlying tooling developed by Visionnaire Management remain our intellectual property until full payment is received and a written transfer is executed, where applicable. Our own brand, name, identity and platform remain the exclusive property of Visionnaire Management at all times.

Users must not misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with security mechanisms, scrape data without permission, upload malicious content, submit false leads, or use any account in violation of applicable law. Such activity may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

Partner and admin accounts grant access to internal tools and confidential business data. Account holders are responsible for safeguarding their credentials and for all activity performed under their account. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for abuse, breach of these terms, or behaviour that is harmful to the platform, other users or third parties.

No service, deliverable, partnership, commission structure or commercial commitment is binding until confirmed in writing by an authorised representative of Visionnaire Management.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visionnaire Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profit, data or business opportunity, arising from the use of this website, the platform or any services provided.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
