Visionnaire Management OÜ ("we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This Privacy Policy describes what we collect, why we collect it, how it is processed and the rights you hold.

Visionnaire Management OÜ is the data controller for personal data submitted through this website and its connected platforms.

When you submit a contact form, project brief or lead, we process the name, email, company (optional), project information and any details you choose to share. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and evaluate the requested service.

To access partner or admin areas, an account must be created. We process the email address, hashed authentication credentials, profile details, and login metadata required to maintain a secure session.

Within the Partner Dashboard we process partner profile information, submitted leads, saved leads, performance metrics, commission data, goals, planner entries, payout details and uploaded assets. This data is used to operate the partner program, calculate commissions and provide internal tools.

Within the Admin Dashboard we process operational data including partner records, lead pipelines, internal notes, calendar events, call requests, community activity, analytics and CRM entries. Access is restricted to authorised administrators.

Messages exchanged within the platform (chat, conversation threads, call requests, notifications) are stored to provide the communication feature and maintain conversation history. Participants may request deletion of their messages where legally permissible.

Files uploaded to partner or admin storage (avatars, brand assets, documents) are stored in dedicated, access-controlled buckets and are accessible only to the uploader and authorised roles.

Authentication is handled through a secure managed identity provider. Passwords are never stored in plain text. Session tokens are transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and rotated according to industry practice.

Business contacts saved within the platform — including names, phone numbers, email addresses, websites and business categories — are processed to support lead generation, outreach tracking and customer relationship management.

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the website and remember your preferences (e.g. cookie consent state, UI choices). Analytics and marketing cookies are loaded only after explicit consent. You can change your choices at any time via the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer.

When enabled with consent, we may collect aggregated, anonymised usage data (e.g. pages visited, device type) to improve the website. We do not attempt to identify individual visitors through analytics.

The platform may send transactional notifications (email or in-app) related to account activity, lead status, payouts or system messages. Marketing communications are sent only with prior consent and can be withdrawn at any time.

Data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures), Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligations) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating and securing our services).

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described, or as required by applicable law. Account data is retained while the account remains active and deleted or anonymised after closure, subject to legal retention requirements.

We never sell personal data. Data may be processed by carefully selected providers acting on our behalf — including managed hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, communication, automation and analytics providers — under binding data processing agreements and appropriate safeguards.

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted transport (TLS), encrypted storage where applicable, role-based access controls and database-level row security policies.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Where legally applicable, you may also request a copy or export of your personal data, or its deletion from our systems. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
